Erica Nichols- child support case worker; answered my call about traffic fines and was very rude about me trying to be proactive and reschedule my court for an earlier date, or to fax information in, she disconnected the call on me without giving me correct information after raising her voice at me multiple times. You can tell by her tone, she hates her job. Update: appeared back in court where the woodford county attorney began my case with regards to my review left and the phone call with Erica Nicolas. Very rude for someone to who suppose to serve the people, degrades people and their tough situations. Pretty sad that people like him exist in our justice system. Not for the people
