An absolutely amazing chef, which is a total understatement, I was fortunate to have three chef experiences in one week, and it was clear Chef Dave sets the bar! The attention to detail, flavors, appearance, and ingredients he used were just incredible. I can't say enough good things about Chef Dave, his work speaks for itself. I do not say this lightly, but I absolutely must say that the private dinner Chef David created for us was by far the most delicious, beautiful, and perfect meal I have ever had. Each of the seven courses were utterly brilliant - the unique pairing of flavors within the dishes to the presentation - awestruck would be the best word I could use to describe how I felt by the end of the dinner. If you truly want only the very best, Chef David is your man.
Chef David and his team made our evening extraordinary. Everything they prepared exceeded our expectations and their execution was flawless. His American Style Barbecue menu is out of this world and his attention to detail is evident in all of the dishes they served. I would highly reccomend David and his team to anyone looking to eat some of the most delicious food you’ll ever taste!
Chef Dave did a wonderful job planning a special dinner for my family and I. He was very responsive in answering any questions we had leading up to the evening. And oh my god the food was incredible. Everything he created blew us away. The service was well executed too. He created a personalized menu just for us! Everything felt extremely professional, I will absolutely hire Dave again in the future. Thank you Chef!
