Came to get my oil change done, when I get there, they tell me Im not allowed to bring our own oil and filter, so I can just pay for the oil change labor, and they decided to say they don’t allow this at all whatsoever even though I had this done last time I came in and when I called to make the appointment I have mentioned this as well. He also tried to charge me $750 worth of servicing needed on my car when all I wanted was an oil change, seems like he was just upset he couldn’t get anymore money from me. I had surgery the day before and my car had to be serviced. Jose at Hoffman Estates location came up with the idea and had arranged for my car to be picked up, diagnosed and fixed. He is a great employee and cares about his customers!
