Called for an estimate on my 2023 Nissan Frontier to get my oil changed in my transmission. Kevin, a technician told me $294 after tax. Come to my appointment the following day, drop my car off and Hector tells me it’s gonna be $380 plus tax after I already dropped my car and they started working it. They said it’s not a CVT trans but a 9spd like I don’t know what I drive. How you gonna work at Nissan and not know what transmission is used in a 2023 Nissan Frontier? Sounds like someone should just go work at Jiffy Lube

Great customer service! Service Advisor Kevin kept me updated throughout the vehicle diagnostic process and explained everything clearly. He was professional, helpful, and made sure I was informed about the status of my vehicle. I really appreciate the excellent service and communication.
Job well done first time
Service Department has treated me like a human being, listening to my concerns. The manager, in particular, has come through on multiple occasions when repairs were needed on a recently purchased vehicle. Glad to have a dealership service department that can be trusted.
