By far the worst dealership ever so unprofessional!!!!!!! For starters, the receptionist are so ignorant and rude. They hang up on customers. The service department has no idea what they’re doing whatsoever brought my car there for a service after I took it somewhere else and they gave me a printout of everything that was wrong with it, took it to the Nissan dealership because they couldn’t find the problem , have a paper in hand showing them exactly what’s wrong with the car. Damaging cars engine. Check there work. ! Two times !!! I have two Nissan Sentra and making service on this service last time. They forgot to close engine filter box and damaged my car, I have lost a lot of money to fix car. Today I was there on another Nissan Sentra after service I have checked under the hood and I saw again open engine filter box so they try to damage my car again.
Luigi was my service advisor today. What a great experience! Changed my mind about dealerships as a whole. If your Nissan needs service please do not hesitate to head over to woodfield Nissan!
Came to get my oil change done, when I get there, they tell me Im not allowed to bring our own oil and filter, so I can just pay for the oil change labor, and they decided to say they don’t allow this at all whatsoever even though I had this done last time I came in and when I called to make the appointment I have mentioned this as well. They also tried to charge me $750 worth of servicing needed on my car when all I wanted was an oil change.
