Before bringing the car in for a coolant leak diagnosis, I called the service department and specifically asked if there was a diagnostic fee. They told me it was zero. However, when I arrived, they hit me with a huge repair estimate. I declined the repair, but they still charged me $210 for diagnostics, despite what they had said. I had a very bad experience here. They damaged my windshield during service and refused to take proper responsibility. Very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful if you value your vehicle.
