Buyer Beware !!! They were very nice when selling you the car, but then the nightmare begins. The dealer as well as Nissan USA come up with every excuse for not covering work that should be covered under warranty. They blame the customer even though it was a new car and the problem started immediately after purchase. Our extended family has owned many Nissan vehicles over the years but we will never again step foot in this dealer or any Nissan showroom. DON'T BUY THESE CARS - YOU WILL REGRET IT
This is the worst car buying experience I ever had. After they sell you the car, you will never get any service...and if they promise you an after market item to be available within a week..make that the deal breaker and ran out of that dealership as fast as you can because you end up having to beg for it 2 1/2 months later..like my experience. If you are considering this dealership..go to someone else..they don't deserve any business. I'm not even going back there for service..
I got a car back in May 5th and after nearly 2 months there is no indication of any paper work for the title sent to the Secretary of State from WoodField Nissan. They said that it is illegal to sell a car without the title ( especially that I paid cash in full ). State Police wants me to file a claim which I am doing right now with all the paperwork.. This is a terrible dealership, and yes their tactics are way below slimy car dealer standards. Plus, their service department is way way over priced. I did end up buying an 06 xterra after much to do, but this will probably be my last nissan because this place leaves a foul taste in my mouth. Oh, I called on the 4th to inquire about a deal they were offering in the paper. I just wanted a quick, what cars does this cover answer since it wasnt listed in the paper.
