The first time I walked into Woodex I felt welcomed and appreciated. The customer service is hands down the best. Haley took the time to explain all the options and their cost effectiveness. I am very pleased with the quality of the cabinets. Mostly I am very happy I bought local because I needed a few additional pieces and Woodex had them in stock and ready for me to pick up immediately. A quality product and honest helpful service is hard to find these days. Woodex has both.

Haley is world class service. We have experienced multiple issues with our cabinets being installed and they are far from done as they began being installed over 60 days ago. i.e. no toe caps/footers, the fridge enclosure was cut for the footer, drawers installed upside down.negligent mistakes and no ownership except for Haley. She gets all the stars This review is for Haley and woodex, not their customer or the installer.
