I just got off the phone with a delightful lady named Riva. She was very friendly and so helpful. I would use Wooden Wagon Floral Shoppe again.
I highly recommend them. I had used the same florist for years and they had to cancel my order to a truck breaking down. I was told. I called Wooden Wagon at 8AM sharp and the lady answered the phone was so sweet and very understanding my situation and she said she would take care of me. The arrangement arrived at 10.30 am on the busiest day of the year YES it was on Valentines Day. My wife cried the arrangement was so BEAUTIFUL. They saved the day. I was so frustrated with a online florist. They didn't deliver my flowers on the day I needed them delivered. I called the Wooden Wagon out of total desperation. The lady that answered th phone was so polite. I called them at 1:15 in the afternoon and asked if flowers could be delivered by 2:30. The flowers arrived at a little after 2:00 the same day and they were beautiful. Thank you so much for coming through in my time of need. There is not a rating high enough for this business.
