Super staff! Amazing food! Cold beer!
Charming downtown restaurant serving burgers with interesting toppings and of course fried pickles! Food is abundant and tasty. They have a nice selection of desserts as well. They do have slightly unusual hours, so don't come for a late lunch. They close at 1:45 until dinner.
I usually don’t write reviews, but after such a disappointing experience, I feel like this one needs to be shared. On Friday, August 14th, my wife and I came to The Wooden Pickle Food and Spirits for dinner. We were excited to try it because we had heard so many great things and had been highly recommended to come here. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but enjoyable. Place was not too busy, I was greeted after about 6 minutes. As soon as I said I wanted water the lady rolled her eyes. After that I was completely ignored until I walked out 20 minutes later. I don't understand why all these waitresses get offended when I ask for water I don't want anything else. Hell half the time I don't even want the water you guys are serving cuz it tastes like lead, but I'm not allowed to bring my own bottle of ultra purified water.
