We asked Jeff at Wooden-Gear-Clocks if he could make a set of 1/2" Roman Numerals I-XV to mount under a the Stations of the Cross in our chapel. He responded immediately, got the order out promptly, communicated effectively, and the cut-out numbers exceeded our expectations. I had mistakenly ordered only 12 when we needed 15, and Jeff produced the extra numbers within a day so we could complete our job. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Wooden-Gear-Clocks!
We had excellent service with the replacement of the inner workings of a 1987 Grandfather Clock that needed repair. Jeff did an superb job replacing the movement and educating us on how to maintain the clock for years to come. I highly recommend his skilled repair work.
Excellent, responsive customer service, well written instructions (from someone who actually builds what he sells) with good-enough photos. If you don't quite know what to do, it is usually possible to deduce it, and if all else fails, send an email. Replacement parts (when I "tested" a pawl, not in the instructions!) came quickly at no additional charge. Runs beautifully. Has a satisfying mechanical sound unlike battery operated devices today!
Excellent! The directions are clear, well-written and cover just about everything you'd need to know. Furthermore, the clock kit itself is 100% complete and everything is clearly labeled. I did not spend any time fumbling over whether this or another was the part I needed. The clock works great!!!
