I used to visit this place often, so I was disappointed with my recent experience. After the price increase, the portion size and service seemed to decline. I was also uncomfortable when my request to replace a broken plate was met with an unfriendly reaction. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Food itself is good, distinct from other Vietnamese places. Don’t buy into their summer menu, it doesn’t match flashy descriptions and is way overpriced. Stick to the pho and regular menus. Service has declined from previous visits. Servers used to kindly explain unique approaches to the menus(e.g why there’s no bean sprouts for the pho), but staff now seem dismissive and unfriendly. Finally, if you’re dining in, be aware that the restaurant is built on a heavily slanted floor.
