Good place to live. Maintenance teams are professional.
Complaints go ignored. Management could care less. Overpriced. Loud. Dirty.
There has been a huge issue with this building having cockroaches just recently there was a huge problem in the laundry room. Each time I message brandy she’ll only set up a bait treatment for that specific area when it’s the entire building. This has been an on going issue with this place since I’ve moved here. Each year the rent goes up but the bugs get worse. Something needs to happen with the entire building especially since it’s the leasing office building!
