Freaking terrible save your money these people are ripping everyone here off !!! Can’t get real snow removal company hired some jank ass crew who sit around doing drugs they don’t salt or shovel etc . Asked them if they were and the guy told me to do it . Don’t have anything shipped here. Someone stole $300-400 worth of stuff that came from my target registry & was told they had no way of knowing who stole them. & there was nothing they could do. But have them shipped to leasing office. Where last night there was a box from Amazon laying outside. There are no cameras & you need a key to get into the building so someone who lives at 1445 is stealing packages
It is very concerning of late with the shady tow company that is engaging in an illegal towing scheme with the leasing consultant. The fact that she handles our finances is problematic. I visited Woodedge Estate to see a friend for only 10 minutes, and during that time my car was towed. I was charged $240 for the towing service, which I find to be incredibly unreasonable. Additionally, I was disappointed to see that the estate was not well-maintained and looked unclean. I attempted to discuss the issue with management, but did not receive a satisfactory response. Overall, my experience at Woodedge Estate was extremely disappointing. I wish to know where to park next time??????
