Great service from the guys at Woodcroft. From initial meet to sale, the team were helpful and the process was seamless. Would highly recommend.
Excellent experience buying from Woodcroft. Reserved a car online, test drive arranged which was a smooth process, staff were friendly and the garage had a lovely relaxed atmosphere where you could take your time and not feel pressured. The easiest buying experience and all staff extremely helpful. Had one small issue with the car after purchase which was solved immediately. Really good customer service. Will certainly be buying our next car from here
What a dreadful garage I would personally have given them 0 stars. Called with my sister to purchase a car saw 1st salesman told him which car I was interested in , sent me inside to see another salesman who sent me outside then a 3rd salesman came out to go to another car. I said to my sister I don't think they want to serve us then 3rd salesman shouted at us 'What do you want' told him which car to be shouted at further 'We are busy on a Saturday we have 300 cars' If that is the Sales Technique I would hate to see the Afte... read more
