"Fees apply" if I'm late for my appointment. Why then isn't the Clinic door open until 0831 when I'm waiting outside for my 0830 appointment. Customer service? I don't think so.
No available appointments for new patients. Receptionist polite but hard to hear.
I'm so grateful this clinic is accepting new patients! I am seeing Dr. Heddle, and she is absolutely amazing. The reception staff were wonderful—warm and welcoming. The clinic itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a great atmosphere. After my doctor of over 30 years retired, I was worried about finding a new clinic, but I’m so happy to have found such a fantastic place. Keep up the amazing work!"
