I had a phone consultation scheduled with Dr. Keith at 2:30 PM. As I am currently very unwell, I made the responsible decision not to attend the practice in person. I used to go here all the time until they swap doctors every few months and none of them are trained enough and just ask the permanent doctors for advice which I should mention every single one of the permanent doctors are horrible and have not one caring bone in their body. They told my daughter who had severe pain in her legs that it's just growing pains. She ended up unable to walk at school, they didn't even offer any medical information other than its notmal. Long waiting every time you go
The receptionist is very rude and is not able to differentiate between people with a medical problem that needs treatment immediately and someone who is able to wait a few days for an appointment. I am sure if she took the time to check in with a doctor and ask if this person presenting with a specific problem needed help immediately and wasn't able to wait 3 days the doctor would fit this patient in. Instead, she tells you to go to the hospital, which is reserved for emergencies that require surgery. Then hangs up on you. I... read more
Can not fault any of the staff. They are all so friendly. Doctors are very professional
