Yesterday afternoon I had an appt with Dr Hamd ( 4.30pm ) but due to public transport, I was 7 minutes late. I waited outside as per your sign for several minutes but was ignored by your receptionist. as she was serving someone who walked straight past me after ignoring that wait o/side sign. She should have toId that person to wait outside. I was then told by her to rebook as Dr was booked out even though there were no persons in the room.
