I must say the Reception Staff are not quite up to the Job. I Rang at 8:00am to confirm my appointment for 8:40AM . My appointment was even registered. The two Reception staff absolutely % didn't know anything about running a front desk Reception. Thank goodness that Dr Eanna Mac Gearailt was a good Dr will definitely go back to see him. But the Reception staff need to step up their game. Otherwise this GP practice Woodcrest way practice will get a bad name for poor service. Dr Naren is excellent. Very happy with this practice.
New to the practice, firstly the Receptionist accidentally booked us for a podiatrist rather than psychologist so wasted time turning up to that appointment and taking child out of school and work early. months wait for the right one. Have been waiting on hold for 30+ min to cancel and appointment due to illness so won't be rebooking any appointments here as they are poorly run. I've moved down a spot in the queue too. Htf is that possible??
