I received a text from the clinic saying I was due for a cervical screening, so I booked in immediately. After the procedure, pathology informed me I wasn’t actually due — my last test was still within the 5-year window. I called reception and was told the message had been sent to everyone, which makes it seem like a tactic to generate return visits through marketing. My family and I have had the pleasure to have Dr Naren Selva as our GP. Dr Naren is a very understanding, knowledgeable doctor who goes over and beyond for his patients. Would definitely recommend for all new or existing patients.

I understand and fully respect that the practice doesn’t open until 8:00 AM. I arrived today, 23/6 about 10 minutes early and happened to enter the building when a staff member swiped in. I was then met by a receptionist who quite abruptly told me, "You have to wait before 0800," and only then added a "good morning." While I acknowledge the clinic wasn't officially open yet, I found the interaction unnecessarily rude and dismissive. A simple, polite explanation would have been much more appropriate. I consulted the practice for a rotator cuff injury on my right shoulder. He GP Dr Naren was very friendly, was able to diagnose the problem accurately even before it got confirmed with the ultrasound. The best part about my experience with the practice was the friendly and positive approach of the front desk staff - Nat in particular.
