The techs are amazing the doctor was utterly useless. He didn’t lay any hands on my cat and the tech did all of the handling. His diagnosis was “idk I guess he’s just like that.” Literally. He acted like he was afraid to touch a kitten. It was ridiculous.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYTHING RE: PETS We have been using this vet office for everything for nearly a decade now. We use them for sonograms, immunizations, check ups, injuries and more. The staff is great - friendly and experienced and seem to care about each animal in there! Personalized attention and you never feel rushed. Reasonably priced for location, equipment and care! Knowledgable and able to diagnosis and assist even including c-sections and surgeries. Highly Recommend!
DON'T GO HERE! IF YOU VALUE YOUR PETS LIFE My 2 yr. old cat went in with a bladder infection, and never came home. The saddest part was, fifteen minutes before i got the death call from the doctor, her assistant had called me stating how well the procedure had gone and that our cat would be discharged the next day to recover at home. The next day when i went to pick up his body, the receptionist says I have a 25 dollar credit on the $350 cash deposit i gave to begin the surgery, and wants to know if i want to leave it with t... read more
LACK OF COMMON SENSE My 14 year old dog has been struggling with bad skin problems for 3 years. They prescribed him special shampoo, steroid shots and antibiotics several times over the past 3 years. They FINALLY did blood work for T4 and he had a Low Thyroid problem. His skin problems have disappeared since they prescribed Thyrosyn. Come to find out that this has been his problem for 3 years. First time dog owner I am a first time dog owner and had no idea where to take my puppy for her shots etc. This clinic was referred by a friend and I was very pleased with their work and care for my dog. I think the prices are quite high after hearing others say how much they paid for shots, spay, and the chip. However, I would recommend them to someone else!
Dog owner We have been using Dr. Andrews for close to 10 years now, and even though we live in Upland, we still make the trip to Woodcrest any time we have any medical issues with our 5 dogs. He and his staff have always taken as much time as we've needed to understand any procedures, and have always been professional, friendly and caring. I couldn't recommend a vet more highly. While I can't comment on anyone else's experience here, ours for almost 10 years has been great.
Talk about rude, money hungry, people. If you want a vet that actually cares about you and your pet then I recomend looking elsewhere. My dog had a simple ear infection that shouldn't have needed more then a set of antibiotics, but after 3 vet visits and hundreds of dollars later, there was no improvement. Once I switched clinics my dog was fine and I learned my lesson. I understand getting misdiagnossed, but this was ridiculous. Absolutely horrible! I had to put my beloved, elderly, Husky down recently when he took a turn for the worst and they staff treated me like dirt. They tried having me make an appointment to put my already dying dog down and when they finally agreed to take the 5 minutes that was required to help, they charged an arm and a leg for me to just be with him when he died.
