The staff at Woodcrest Commons have made my mom’s transition to assisted living incredibly smooth and comforting. From checking in regularly, bringing broth when she wasn’t feeling well, to helping with things like misplaced chargers benefits—they’ve gone above and beyond. Special thanks to Athena, Shadajah, Elizabeth, Eve, and many others. The care, attention, and warmth here mean the world to our family. — A grateful family member
Run this is not a place to put a loved one. There are too many errors to list here. Enter at your own risk…..sketchy
This is the WORST uncaring facility I've ever experienced in my life and the director Althena is the nastiest person and does not care for these elderly people. I can image how she treats her own parents this is just a job for her no Compassion at all and always has a very nasty attitude they need new management and caring people
"Cannot meet your needs." When they have no paperwork on file. I'd love to know how they can run a business without getting back to anyone for months. They knew they lost a staff member and made no effort to follow up with their open cases. Would not reccomend even trying here. Big disappointment. The facility was wonderful, but don't have people tour that you will deny before even knowing their needs. Further more, when you determine someone is inelligible for your program, CALL THEM! Don't wait for them to call you.
My Dad has been at Woodcrest for over a month now and we could not be happier with the care and attention he is receiving. I am so glad to have found a place where he feels welcomed and genuinely well-cared for!
