Rude staff and outrageous pricing. Absolutely terrible experience just trying to get a quote. Said it would be tens of thousands to put a bumper on a 15 year old car, what a joke. Stay away.

Absolutely outstanding service! I’ve had work done on three different vehicles at Woodcrest Collision Center, and each experience has been exceptional. One was a bumper repair after a parking lot hit, another involved fixing poor-quality paintwork from a different shop, and the third was for some minor scratch and dent repairs. I brought my new 2024 lexus to this place because they did good body work on a previous car i had a few years ago biggest mistake i could of made... this body shop not only didn't do the work they charged my insurance for as you can see in pictures inprovided. this bodyshop also caused additional damages and they threw their hands up and walk away from my car.... whatever you do don't take your cars here they are horrible and the management Steve and Alan should be ashamed of the way they treat customers.
