I lived there from Jan 1977 to Aug 1978. Back then it was a pleasant, very clean, quiet and safe place to live. I drove by there in 2011 and again in 2021 and it still is really nice and well maintained.
In my short time here, l found an army of ants in my bathroom. There were flies, beetles, and other insects there too. Dead AND alive. I was disgusted, and knocked on the managers' doors to get them to solve the situation. No response. I am disappointed. There's literally an apartment across the street, and it is 10x better. l hope to never see this cockroach infested place again.
This apartment disappointed me. I expected quality service, nice housing, and welcoming people. What l was met with was rude and snobby management, dirty carpet, and houses that look like they were made in the 50's. Other reviewers paint it as a well-built place, but you have to live there first before you realize how bad it is.
