I have lived at this property for two years and I have to say that the property manager Luz is fantastic every year she does my audit and she find something that needs to be clarified. Jose keeps the property immaculate! So grateful to both of them for being available, and doing such a fantastic job with the property.
For many years Woodcreek had TERRIBLE management. But it looks like they got it ironed out with a new property manager.. It’s currently a much better place to live.
The residents DO NOT LOVE living here… what a ridiculous advertisement on their website. Why don’t you ask the tenants and see their response and then be honest and put it on the website.
I have lived at Woodcreek Village for over two years. The experience has been pleasant. The units are well maintained, and they are well managed. No problems! All of the tenants in my building have expressed similar feelings.
