I've enjoyed living here for many years. Management has always been responsive to work orders and any concerns I've had. The office staff is professional and friendly, and the maintenance team does a great job keeping the property clean and well-maintained on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Moorpark.
I've had nothing but a good experience living here at Woodcreek Apartments. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are referring to. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to my calls and emails. I feel very safe living here, including when walking around the property during my exercise.
More and more in rent every chance they can and less and less amenities!? Thats pure thoughtless robbing. This year theyre removing the POOL!! And charging more in rent! Sooo mad. They have NO TENNIS COURT, just four empty gated hold cells what it looks like with chairs. Its tacky and never used just waste of soace and excuse to charge more. Does not make sense.
