She was wonderful to work with. Friendly without being pushy or salesy, gave us space to browse the showroom for inspiration but attentive when we had questions - which she answered to our satisfaction - knowledgeable in design options and trends, and promptly returned our calls throughout the process. We had a fantastic experience with Woodcraft in Whitby. Lori helped us size a new dining room table that was appropriate, made the most sense of size and was timeless for our space. The colour, wood type and chairs matched our style perfectly. Never felt rushed and had a fantastic experience.
