Great place...I would respectfully ask that some of your team members have a refresher on taking orders over the phone. I recently ordered 1 qt of mohawk stain. Got 2 or 3 follow up calls from the employee. Then, nothing. I Came in 2 weeks later to pick up the other items in my order and there seemed to be no trace of that one qt. I'm a repeat customer, but it holds up my business and causes aggravation when such things happen.

Great! It happened to walk in today and they were had an exhibit and you could buy vintage tools today. The gentleman name Rick, was the host of the vintage tools. I picked up a probably 50 60-year-old Stanley sweetheart chisel, just what I wanted.
This is a fantastic store with extremely knowledgeable, helpful employees. I highly recommend taking any of their classes.
Drove down from Fredericksburg to check this place out (mainly out of curiosity). Chatted with an employee by the name of Phil. He was very knowledgeable, and was recommending specific tools/models based upon my needs. He even let me test out the tool I was interested in before purchasing. Floored with this level of customer service. Almost unheard of these days. I ended up purchasing the Flexcut 5” drawknife that was on sale. Would recommend this place and plan to make the drive back down here in the future.
