great place with knowledgeable staff
I have been to this store several times. I’m not a big fan of employees following you around and asking if you need help but I have never been asked if I need help in this store. How ever they do ask others. Those people seem like they may be regulars by the way they talk. My money is just as good as there’s.
I had a nightmare scenario with a brand new Laguna 3HP dust collector. After lengthy and unsuccessful tech support sessions with Laguna, Raleigh Woodcraft made it right for me by exchanging the unit for a Jet 3HP, assembling my new unit, delivering it and hauling off the Laguna. Thank you Marshall and Herb for providing such excellent customer service!!! I am truely grateful!
Went in today to get a wood gripper . Came out with my new favorite toy store and about 5 additional tips for my next project. One of my reasons to visit the store was to find some new choices in wood types and I love everything I got. I’ll definitely be visiting again!
Outstanding service with unlimited knowledge and experience. Highly recommend to all my fellow wood turners and craftsman. O will definitely be back, Wesley Hutchinson with Whiskey Run Custom Calls.
Great selection, cheerful and very helpful staff! I'm a 'regular' here!
It's not very often that you'll find a store full of people willing to help with everything you need but WoodCraft is definitely that kind of place. Whether you're just starting out or you're experienced in whatever your craft is they're always there to lend a word of advice. Great selection and great prices here as well. I started wanting to get into knife making but as with the start of any hobby, you don't want to spend too much. These guys helped me find good quality tools and great quality materials even though they wer... read more
