Pretty amazing store. It's a must go if you have any sort of passion for wood working of any kind! Staff was excellent also.
Wanted to support a local business instead of buying from Amazon. I needed some sort of oil to rejuvenate my Ash table and they had just the thing. I also got a high quality tool roll for my sharp new cooking knives. They are very sincere and always happy to help. I would not think twice and am happy drive across town for this kind of shop. They offer woodworking classes that I am considering taking as well as thinking about gifting classes to loved ones. They also offer knife and tool sharpening which is really nice. Don't do online orders for pickup at the store. My order should have been ready in an hour, per the notification. Three days later, still not ready. Fourth day - I get an email from corporate in West VA - "We've been trying to reach you. The store is unable to fulfill your order." I have not received any text, phone call or email. They are not trying very hard! Very poor experience. I'm sticking with Rockler. Forget Woodcraft.
I drive all the way from Sioux Falls for this store. Great array of exotics and domestic hardwoods. Love this place.
