Lauren, Dan are such an amazing workers that works at this place. This store not only make wood projects fun. Also great vibes of employees that are super helpful and lovely to give the best suggestions on my sun afternoon project. I bought a few items to see what’s best for my pine wood table. Thanks again for keeping this experience excited! Can’t wait to come back soon!!
I generally don’t look forward to visiting this store because of the lack of customer service but unfortunately it seems to be the only store locally that sells name brand woodworking tools and products. Today was no exception and my worst experience yet. I walk in and see a gentleman on a stool messing with his phone, no greeting. Great place great service and wow they got the tools
My husband and son went in to buy some tools to explore my son’s new woodworking interest. He was so excited to go in and ask questions. Unfortunately my son talked to a jerk who worked there and he just talked down to him because he was unsure about what he was looking for. Not everyone who goes into the store is going to be some expert woodworker. How about you encourage young people who are newly exploring the craft instead of making them feel incompetent?
