Writing this on behalf of my parents… This place is awful. Mostly the wife. Rude, unprofessional, changed the price on us after the husband agreed to the cost, hung up the phone on me when I addressed the issues. Further, their installation was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. When we told them about it, they insulted my 73 year old father until they saw the photos. Then they apologized.
