Excellent store and staff. Very helpful.
Usually don’t have a lot in stock and KNOW they will NOT accept returns if you bought at a different woodcraft store. They didn’t have what I needed for a job so I had to drive to the Springfield location. I didn’t end up using one of the items I bought and Now I have to drive so far away to return an unused/ unopened item. Sigh. Never buying from Woodcraft again. R: I understand. I’ve just had better experiences at the Leesburg and Springfield locations, where they were also willing to accept returns from different stores. ... read more
