Dr Pasha is excellent. So helpful, compassionate and efficient.
Online Anima service is an absolute joke. Receptionists are rude and condescending which is appalling. There's no specialists most of the time and even when there is, they will only give you 10 min... no wonder people have started consulting ChatGPT before going there. I understand the pressure, but imagine how inadequate, frustrating and infuriating this is, adding more stress to people's suffering.
I’ve been a patient at Woodcote Medical Purley for a while now and it’s a great surgery. Dr Michelle Bellman is the best doctor I’ve EVER had. She always takes the time to listen and address all concerns, and never makes me feel rushed. Her compassion and professionalism make such a difference, and I always leave feeling reassured and supported. I’m so grateful to have found a GP who goes above and beyond for her patients, it’s so important.
