Woodcock responded quickly to our call, and was able to get our heat fixed right away. The technician was courteous and professional.
Let me start by saying that I do appreciate them coming out as quickly as they did, however I do feel like our “emergency” was looked at as an opportunity to take advantage of us. When we realized we had no heat we needed to get someone to our home ASAP. The technician that came out was in the house for all of 10 -12 min and let my husband know that we needed to replace the thermocouple.
