Went in for lunch during the Five Star Fest. They were quite crowded with some open tables and seats. Staff member welcomed us in and we asked for an outside table that was vacant. Staff member said "they couldn't guarantee us good service outside while they were so busy inside." Then why have some tables placed outside? We decided to go somewhere else. Why even tell a customer that? It's a beautiful day outside with the festival going on.
