Barely compliment and marginally honest. After bill was paid he says, BTW your trimmer has a scored piston. Fairness distates that I should have been asked if I wanted to go with other repairs given he knew it would fail again soon. Buyer beware! A waste of $125
I brought my small machine in for repair. I knew what was wrong but didn't have the parts to fix it. I was quoted $35 by two people Amber and Jeremiah who fixed the machine. we agreed I DIDN'T need diagnostics (another $34) just needed the parts replaced. I call to see if it is ready and am told the cost is now $69 By a Joshua. His reasoning, the other 2 employees were wrong and shouldn't have quoted me. Everything you need for Sthil and Husqvarna equipment. They repair and sharpen too. The owner is very friendly and helpful with answers.
I rarely write reviews. They were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Quick service that they stand behind. Helped me with a generator issue. I definitely recommend them.
