I wish I’d seen Rebecca’s review before I took my mower in for repair. Took it in and stopped 4 weeks later, they “said- we’ll get to it”. Few days later they called and asked which machine was mine? they didn’t tag my machine and misspelled my name. 2 more weeks and called - yes we’ll try to get it done. 2 more weeks and I stopped only to be told “we are really busy and have a lot of “big stuff” to do. Took our lawn mower in for regular maintenance and to change the belt because it kept falling off. They can't ever tell you how long it is going to take and we were expecting that. What we didn't expect was that three weeks later when we got it back, the "new" belt continued to fall off. We called to let them know the problem has not been fixed and rather than getting us back in quickly, we went behind the queue again and it could be up to another three or four weeks before we got it back.
