The rooms are fine , the process for leasing was smooth. All the credit goes to the lady on the front ‘Kayla’. I do not understand english that much , but she tried to minimize that as much as possible and explain the processes of leasing very easily . I got my lease now and have been living happily at the ava and aria apartments for good now . I still cant get 2 Reserved parkings tho,🥲 hoping that the managwment company would make an exemption for us to have 2 reserved parking. Other than that, the rooms are fantastic , th... read more
