Christine H the Marketing and Sales Director is absolutely wonderful to work with! It took months for things to work out for my mom and the entire time Christine was there helping us in any way she could. You can tell she truly cares for the welfare of the residents and I absolutely enjoyed her help! The facility is really nice too, my mom likes her new place.

My mother lived her last three years at The Estates and The Health Care Center where she died in 2008. I visited her nearly every day and got to know most of the staff who created the caring vibe that meant a lot to both of us. Fast forward seventeen years to 2025 when my out-of-state sister needed an independent-living apartment. We started with Woodbury Villa and looked no further. Highly recommend this place. From the moment I started the process with them. Christine the admission director was amazing. You can truly tell she cares and was so amazing. Speedy follow up. Ease of the process and her communication was stellar.

They have a staff of thieves. When reported to management their response was "you shouldn't have any money". Is this an attitude you expect from the people you are entrusting the care of your loved ones?

The owners of this place should be should be convicted of abuse and neglect and sent to the gas chamber. My dad pays $10,000 a month and can't get help. Pushes the button takes 20 minutes to get there.
