I have lived in this building since 2018. Asya is the best RM since we moved in. She certainly has a lot to deal with especially when other tenants nit pic about every minor detail. It’s unfortunate that other tenants do not realize that Asya has no control over what Terra Corp management decides what can and cannot be done. The heat barely works, even when we have all the dials at maximum it’s still freezing. The boiler keeps breaking leaving us with no hot water or heat. Our refrigerator broke and we were given what we were told at the time, was a temporary replacement while they ordered us a new one.
