My experience with management was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, requests were ignored or delayed, and getting basic issues addressed became unnecessarily stressful. I often felt dismissed and had to follow up repeatedly just to receive an answer. What concerns me most is that I never felt supported or respected as a tenant. I left the building frustrated, uncomfortable, and with very little trust in management. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend living here.
I just want to say that Karen Spence from the office was so wonderful in helping me find out before the long weekend that my mom had been approved for an apartment in my building. She went out of her way to get us our good news and we couldn't have been more excited. Karen was extremely kind and caring. We appreciate you Karen!
Living at Woodbury towers has been a fantastic experience! The modern amenities, clean common areas, and friendly community make it feel like home. Special thanks to the management and maintenance teams for always being responsive and helpful. Highly recommend
The building is always kept very clean. The office people are very kind and understanding. Fairly quiet building. All the tenants are friendly and helpful.
