I am reviewing only the transitional care unit (TCU). Two negatives: They are understaffed, having only two aides covering 20 rooms spread across three wings. And, there were too many occasions where an aide began walking out of my room before making sure I had my call button, especially on the overnight shift, but even some day and evening shift aides also. This is a patient safety issue !!!

so much to love! If you have a strong faith they have a chapel and chaplain on-site and activities like grip games and spark challenges that bring everyone together. Grandma loves it here.
Grandma loves the outdoor space here and has made some nice friends. It's also nice to see they bring in outside presenters for things they like. The family came when they had zoo animals over and my grandma really enjoyed the day!
