Dirty. It smells extremely bad and they’re awful to deal with. They don’t even return calls about your loved one. It’s just a bad place. Bad bad vibes. I visited my friend who’s in your care, and there was the strongest smell of bowel movements. How anyone can say this place is good is either being paid off or they’re blind. Not to mention the rude staff!
Old dirty building in need of repair inside and out. Poor selection of food service. Short on staff some working double shifts. Would not recommend to anyone.
Horrible dirty facility. Incapable of caring for people who have brain injuries. Your facility should be removed from the list. It's wrong you flag reviews of people's experiences. I would not recommend this nursing home due to its poor treatment of staff, which negatively impacts the care provided to residents. I have observed the high turnover rate has led management to place unreasonable expectations on my coworkers, often expecting one person to handle the workload of three. This results in a highly stressful environment for staff who are already stretched to their limits.
