Shoveling my drive of 1 foot of snow was “my own problem” because the vendor couldn’t plow because I had a car in my driveway (which I understand), yet the property has a snowblower that they REFUSED to use to clear my driveway because I missed the window of opportunity for the vendor to clean my driveway, even though the vendor was at the property in the middle of the night.
