Leasing agent was very customer focused. Especially so late in the day.
Cara went above and beyond to help me find the right place and to get me into my new place at the last minute! She was so helpful, patient and willing to make this process easy. The place is fanstastic - found a unit that fits my needs best. And the move in process was the easiest I've ever experienced! Highly recommend Redwood!
This whole thing is getting seriously creepy. I get that apartments need maintenance, but the number of times they want to come inside is just ridiculous. At this point, it almost feels like they have some kind of ulterior motive. Either they aren’t actually doing every apartment like they claim in the emails, and I’m being singled out, or they’re just finding excuses to keep coming in for no good reason.
