I was basically treated like a drug addict when I asked for something stronger.. then they followed up by hanging up on me!! Like seriously?!
Dr. is very nice and personable. Been here for years.
So I was currently in pain and I needed to see a specialist right away I went out of my way to call my dentist and get referrals after I had spoken to the Woodbury Oral surgery nurse and she had told me to get a referral and see if she could fit me in for the day of so I did exactly that just to call back and be told that they didn’t have anything until the end of the month what was the point of me getting referrals just to be told that I wasn’t going to be able to see be seen. staff is extremely rude. Choosing another doctor due to this. Called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered the phone cut me off 4 times in a 2 min conversation as if she couldn't be bothered with her job. Love the office HATE the staff
