We have lived here for years! We love the people, the staff is friendly and you are right in the heart of Arlington. It's about an 8 minute walk from door to metro platform, plus you can walk to a ton of awesome restaurants. The views from our condo are unbeatable and it's a great place to raise a family.
6/8 we didn’t have elevators on and off this week. I took stairs to 11th floor 4 times this week. I moved here 3 months ago. This is one of the worse place I ever lived in my life. My kitchen faucet is broken, it has been more than a month and they still couldn’t fix it. They didn’t show up two different times even they confirmed. Management is so unprofessional. Construction goes all day everyday. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I can’t wait till my lease is over.
Woodbury Heights is a great place to live! The views are amazing, the location is super convenient with easy metro access, and is highly walkable. The building has good amenities: a great pool, small gym, updated common areas, in-unit washer and dryer in all units, a front desk with secured entry, and a designated garage parking spot—those aren’t easy to find in nearby buildings at this price point. I was looking to purchase a unit in the building, and called the management office to clarify a few details. The lady on the phone had an attitude and was quite rude so after that interaction it was clear to me I did not want to live in that building.
