Love our unit, great experiences with the front desk. But in the year I've lived here, we had months of inconsistent elevator access, hot showers are rare, and starting a month ago the building is uninhabitable most business days because of drilling and jackhammering from a construction project in the garage that is apparently going to go on for months longer (but we haven't gotten comprehensive information). Also, make sure you get eyes on your parking space before signing anything. Cannot recommend.
The elevators were not operational for over a month, loud construction projects that are poorly managed, and expensive fees that pop up (and raised by 400% during lease) make this place one I cannot recommend, unfortunately.

Front desk girl needs to be addressed on how to talk to people the right way. So unprofessional. There's many things to say about her, she needs to fix her attitude, very poor way to be treated like she doesn’t care. Bad experience overall!
