I’ve had a great experience living here. The location is excellent—everything you need is nearby, and it’s very convenient for getting around while still being in a quiet and pleasant area. 2/4/26 we still have one elevator is broken. Other one is out of service. Sad part is management doesn’t inform the residents or email nothing. Careless!! This place is neglected. 11/11 we don’t have elevator access, both of the elevators are broken. Think twice before you move into this building. 9/10 one of the elevator is still broken. It had been 4 months and it’s still broken. 170 unit building is running on only one elevator ( including move in -out, contractors plus cleaners) other elevator is broken too for emergency... read more

Good location. No hot water. One elevator has been out of service for 6 months and the only other elevator is out of service at a minimum once a week, sometimes for more than a day at a time.

11/11 we don’t have elevator access, both of the elevators are broken. Think twice before you move into this building. 9/10 one of the elevator is still broken. It had been 4 months and it’s still broken. 170 unit building is running on only one elevator ( including move in -out, contractors plus cleaners) other elevator is broken too for emergency repair for now. Basically there is no elevator in 18 floor building. 6/8 we didn’t have elevators on and off this week. I took stairs to 11th floor 4 times this week. I moved here... read more
