2/4/26 we still have one elevator is broken. Other one is out of service. Sad part is management doesn’t inform the residents or email nothing. Careless!! This place is neglected. 11/11 we don’t have elevator access, both of the elevators are broken. Think twice before you move into this building. 9/10 one of the elevator is still broken. It had been 4 months and it’s still broken. 170 unit building is running on only one elevator ( including move in -out, contractors plus cleaners) other elevator is broken too for emergency... read more
Good location. No hot water. One elevator has been out of service for 6 months and the only other elevator is out of service at a minimum once a week, sometimes for more than a day at a time.
11/11 we don’t have elevator access, both of the elevators are broken. Think twice before you move into this building. 9/10 one of the elevator is still broken. It had been 4 months and it’s still broken. 170 unit building is running on only one elevator ( including move in -out, contractors plus cleaners) other elevator is broken too for emergency repair for now. If you like constant construction, rude staff, and basic things like hot water and elevators consistently not working, this is the place for you! It’s only fitting that during our last night at Woodburry, the power goes out, while every other building around us still has power. Even better: we were being charged $900 to reserve the elevator for our move, when we can’t actually reserve it because only 1 elevator works! Make it make sense.
