I had occasion to return some glasses that suffered catostrophic frame failure at the hands of my grandson. Marasol, the technician I delt with, was professional, curtious and a pleasure to deal with. My glasses were repaired under warranty as I waited at a reasonable charge. It was truely a pleasant experience, do mainly to the personality and professionalism of the technican. She is an asset to the bussiness, and I hope her qualities are recognized by her employer.
