Extremely low class tenants. Worst than animals. They play loud music most of the night, almost every night. The parking lot is not only a landfill of trash but a mechanic shop. Every car on jack stands and the lot covered in oil. You will usually see the swat team every other week. No maintenance, no security, no supervision.
