Had a 10 o’clock appointment was in and potty 10:20 AWESOME
I had my first visit today and it was very positive. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful, the office was clean, very short wait time. I am happy that I chose this dentist after my insurance changed.
Upon arrival, I was told there was a “scheduling conflict” and that my appointment was cancelled. Front desk said they tried to call me. I had no missed calls or voicemails but I did have at least 7 reminder and confirmation texts from the past week and had taken a call the previous day to verify insurance. As I had left work early to get to this appointment, I was justifiably annoyed. The front desk didn’t even apologize for not trying harder to get in touch me with me.
