Updating to two stars: I was able to speak to the regional manager who listed and empathized with what happened. They did what they could to help, and explained that they take rodent and pest control seriously. While still disappointed that this happened despite their efforts, it’s also notable that they took the time to make things right, which is appreciated. We have had a storage unit here for about 6 months, and are extremely disappointed that there was a mouse infestation. Almost everything in our unit had droppings on it, urine, and a few covered bins even had 5-10 live mice living in it. We spent hours spraying, cleaning, and wiping our things down so we can take it to our new place. What a giant mess! We should not have stored anything valuable in this unit because everything got permanently stained with urine. While management was kind on the day we moved out, they failed ... read more
