Amazing service by James fitted us a great log burner, did the job in good time with very little mess. Did everything we asked and the end result we are so happy with, will definitely be recommending James to everyone.
Was given James card by a local Supplier/Wholesalers as we were after 2 x multi fuel burner to be supplied and fitted. After initially speaking I Sent photos and details to James as requested, no response, weeks later and after a number of attempts i was eventually given an appointment for survey and price and again he didn't turn up or call to let us know. Don't waste your time folks
Absolutely brilliant service. If you’re thinking of installing a wood burner, James is the man to talk to. Very knowledgeable on the subject. Want a stress free install, that’s what you’ll get. No fussing, no messing just gets on with the job. Now proud owner of a showpiece stove and oak mantle which sets the lounge off nicely.
