It's beyond beautiful here
I’m sure the home is lovely but make sure before you plan a weekend trip that they are sticking to the schedule they have posted online and on their brochures. Myself and two other parties showed up only to find out after emailing that both homes were closed for the weekend.
My Dad and I took a tour here 2 years ago. Dad loved it. He is a real history buff. The gentleman who gave the tour in June 2022 was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Website says open on Sunday. Drive over and it’s closed.
