If you can avoid purchasing here. Please do and save yourself the HOA fees. They do not care about the safety of the children that reside in their vicinity. All they care about in each section is their money. They don't care about the people that live in it. You can ask for a simple piece of paper and they will charge you for every single penny they can get out of you. No empathy for disabled families whatsoever either. Save yourself the aggravation. Nice club house.
The worst...crooked, abusive liars, and they don't abide the by-laws. They claim to have amended by-laws that are legally unamendable in order to take advantage of select homeowners. This HOA (sec.3) are very bad, spiteful people.
Live in Woodbrooke very nice very quiet..... Great place to live
