I’ve been with Woodbrook for about 5 years and would like to say that I’ve always had a nice treatment and attitude there. The doctors and nurses I’ve seen are very helpful and professional, the administrators are friendly. Despite the fact that you are waiting for a telephone answer for some time, it’s always possible to have a telephone appointment or even face to face if needed. Worst experience. Every time, they just suggest going to a specialist or emergency services. If we always need to see a specialist, then what is the NHS doctor even there for? We’re paying thousands in taxes, and this is what we get.You go in for treatment and come out with nothing but frustration—that’s all the GP does.

All staff, receptionists, nurses, clinical prescribers, doctors are super helpful and professional at Woodbrook. I can only imagine how difficult is for you to cope with current UK crazy demand much above resources. Thank you for the service and keep up the good work.

Haha, they should demolish it and judge the flowers. They don't know anything there, I have a damaged meniscus, I was told to scan and come back in 2 weeks. I flew to Polish to see a real doctor. He did an ultrasound on the spot, injected acid into the knee, a special brace to stiffen the leg etc... When I returned to woodbrook I will show Lem ultrasound photos, the gentleman said he didn't understand what was there 😭😭. For me, the whole woodbrook is a big joke!!
