My mother has now been at Villa Santa Maria for 3 years after we could no longer care for her at home. All her needs are taken care of at Villa Santa Maria by understanding, helpful, and well-trained staff. She receives attentive, respectful care both physically and emotionally. Her dementia is getting worse day by day but she receives the support she needs and the medical attention she requires. In November of 2024, Villa Santa Maria was not our first choice for the long term care of our 95 year old mother. But ONCE in a while, providence intervenes in your path and brought us to this place. We are indeed grateful to providence for bringing to us the Villa and its people. as a pass trainee I have experience alot of bullying shout at been treated badly and also when I report to the nurse in charge she also join with staff PSW to laugh at me and make me a joke and what I have experience was very sad,left alot to be desired.staff cover for each other.
