They make false advertisement on Zillow using my husband personal phone number. Me and my husband worked for this place more than an year ago. We reported the amount of phone calls that we get daily for this place and we never got any response back. Not working there probably says a lot about that place too.
over 8 years of being tenants here, during the pandemic they have gone through several apartment managers , our dishwasher has not been working for a year, takes months for repairs/maintenance. apartment manager said they will replace our dishwasher soon, gives us a date and never comes. you would think they could take care of maintenance of those tenants that don't cause any issues and pay their rent on time, but apparently it's too much of a hassle. i'm over it. if the apartment includes a dishwasher, it should at least be... read more
Don’t recommend moving here manager is disrespectful the pool is always dirty and not clean there was vomit and I complained to the manager and said he couldn’t do nothing about it with an attitude.Manager is not the best should be replaced!!!!Another thing is he told the little kids that there was not vomit and it was fine to swim in it!!
I called because someone had parked in my parking spot . I tried calling the manager after many tries I then called the tow company myself and said the manager was the only person that can call a tow. I then called the emergency number. After calling I was told that they would contact me once the issue was resolved. I wasn’t called so I had to park outside. I went in to this place happy and with a really good building manager but once they sold to the moss company it all went down. The new manager was definitely not the best. He really needs to take same management courses on how to treat the tenants. I tried but it got to be the worst experience I've been through living in an apartment complex. From having "someone" sending animal control to my house because my dog was "barking too loud" a bunch of times to having a huge leak on ky roof that my husband had to fix because no on... read more
